A cleverly crafted version of the tuna sandwich
Yield: 8 mini sandwiches
1 | package | (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened | |

2 | Tablespoons | brown mustard | |

|||
1 | can | (6 ounce ) tuna, drained | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | celery, finely chopped | |
|
|||
2 | loaves | (6 inch) pita bread | |

Tomato slices | |||

Lettuce leaves | |||
|
Beat together cream cheese and mustard until smooth; stir in tuna and celery. Place lettuce and tomato slice inside each pita triangle and fill with tuna salad.
